Homogenizer is a very high speed machine having a teethed stator & rotor assembly. there can be one or more assemblies in one equipment. Very high speed rotor, sucks the medium to be processed, axially into stator- rotor assembly & then expelled radially through the slots of the stator. We design High efficiency high speed Inline & Batch type Homogenizers for Homogenizing, Wet grinding, Emulsifying, Dissolving, Suspending, Extractions, Aerating & Shredding.

Chromatography Columns Hardware developed with joint efforts of Dr. Lali professor of Chemical Engineering at UICT,Mumbai. a Global figure in High Purity Separation and Bioprocessing Technology, These Columns are Fixed bed, Fluidized Bed with suitable adapters ,distributors for effective working. The Adapters can be fixed or moving type depending on application. Columns are available in glass or SS with SS, Teflon or PP inserts. Glass columns are a suitable for a pressure rating of 1Barg., SS columns are suitable for a pressure rating of about 10 Bar g. Complete system with peristaltic pumps, valves, tubing & piping can be offered as per customers requirement.

Based on customers specific requirements, process design of Reactors / Heat Exchangers / Distillation Columns etc. is carried out. Having done this mechanical design as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 / TEMA is carried out using software’s like PV elite Code-Cal etc. This forms basis for preparation of fabrication drawing and fabrication. Fabrication under Third -Party inspection is also offered.
